The Faculty comprises six departments:

  • Department of Fruit, Vegetable and Plant Nutraceutical Technology
  • Department of Fermentation and Cereals Technology
  • Department of Food Storage and Technology, with divisions:
    • Potato Products Technology
    • Carbohydrate Technology
  • Department of Functional Food Products Development
  • Department of Human Nutrition
